I’m Mud Wandawi, a visual artist based in Amsterdam. As an autodidact painter, I explore oil, acrylic, pastel and drawing, continuously experimenting with mediums, techniques and ways of seeing.
My background in graphic and web design has shaped an approach that brings traditional artistic techniques into dialogue with contemporary visual aesthetics. Inspired by Amsterdam, my travels, events around the world and everyday experiences, I create colourful and vivid works that translate fleeting moments, impressions, emotions and inner thoughts into visual expression.
